OUR Process

Our processing facility is located in Chanduy – 160km from the country’s main port of Guayaquil.

All our raw materials are received in iced bins which guarantees an unbroken cold chain until processing begins. This results in a product with low levels of histamine and TVN (Total Volatile Nitrogen) that differentiates us from the market.

Our shrimp meal and fishmeal are made in distinct and separate production lines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure independent quality controls. Our entire operation is free from chemicals, antibiotics, and GMOs.

We are GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) certified.
